Female Charged with Breach of Release 24-year old Candice Mitchell of 18 Pozzebon Crescent was arrested around 11 pm last night. Officers attended at a west end address last night in regards to a 2 females arguing.

Male Charged with Breach of Probation A 48-year old male will appear in bail court his morning after being arrested yesterday afternoon. It is alleged that the accused threatened his ex-girlfriend yesterday afternoon in the downtown area.

Male Arrested on Outstanding Warrants Yesterday afternoon City Police attended at 147 Old Wallace Terrace and arrested 35-year-old Richard Kevin Witty. Mr. Witty was arrested on 5 outstanding warrants dating back to November of last year.

3 Men and a Female Appear in Bail Court Regarding Domestic Violence Calls: 1) A 38-year old male was arrested just before midnight last night and charged with one count of assault and one count of mischief under $5,000.

Update on Fire Investigators from the City Police have determined that yesterday’s fire that caused severe damage to a home in the 100 block of Bruce Street was deliberately set.

House Fire Just before 2 am this morning emergency personnel from the Police Service and Fire Service attended at a home in the 100 block of Grace Street for a house fire. Officers and Fire Fighters arrived to find the home fully engulfed in flames.
