Domestic Situation A 31-year old male was arrested yesterday afternoon in regards to a domestic situation. Officers attended at a centrally located residence and took a complaint from a female victim.

Male Turns Self In Yesterday afternoon a 45-year old male turned himself into City Police in regards to a domestic violence investigation.

Fire Ban In Effect EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY THE SAULT STE. MARIE FIRE SERVICES HAS IMPOSED A BAN ON ALL OPEN AIR BURNING WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAULT STE. MARIE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THOSE RESIDENTS WITH CURRENT PERMITS ARE ADVISED NOT TO BURN.
