Two persons are to appear in bail court this morning 1) A 30 year-old male was arrested on the 3rd of October at 12:15 am at his residence as a result of domestic related incidents.

Domestic Related Arrest The only entry for bail court appearance this morning is the arrest of a 42 year-old male on the 1st of October at 8:35 pm at his residence in relation to domestic related incidents. He was charged with five counts of assault.

Female Charged with Fraud 30 year-old Elizabeth Nevitt of 14 Blucher Street was arrested on the 30th of September at 4:30 pm at her residence and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.

Male Arrested for Assault 30 year-old Christian Meyer of 89 Forest Avenue was arrested on the 30th of September just before 1 am at the city police station and charged with one count of assault.

Police Seek Assistance The Sault Ste Marie Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating any witnesses to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Black Rd and McNabb St.

Males Arrested at John Street Park: City police were called to the City Park on John Street yesterday afternoon around 4:15 pm for a report of four youths throwing garbage around the park.

Three Males Arrested For Thefts from Several Vehicles in East end: At approximately 2:40 am this morning city police were dispatched to Garden Avenue for a complaint of youths going through vehicles in that area.
