40 year old Derek Crigger of 26 Terry Fox Place was arrested overnight for a threatening incident which occurred on December 28 th 2012. It is alleged Mr.

Evening news On January 13, 2013 at approximately 9:12 am officers attended in the area on Queen and Brock Street. Officers observed a lone male walking. The officer’s had dealt with this individual in the past.

City Police attended this morning to seven reports of mischief to vehicles from overnight. All the incidents were in the Cory Ave. and Manitou Drive areas and involved vehicles being spray painted. No charges have been laid at this time.

Arrests: A 34 year old male will appear in bail court this morning after turning himself into the police last evening.

Vehicle collisions: The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service responded today to three separate motor vehicle collisions that resulted in injuries. At approximately 10:55 a.m. a collision was reported at the intersection of Queen and Brock Streets.

Break ins: A break and enter was reported in to a business in the 400 block of Queen St. E. No information was received if anything was stolen. A break and enter was reported from overnight on Megginson Drive. A garage and residence was entered.

Arrests: A 31 year old female was arrested and charged with one count of assault and one count of mischief in regards to a domestic incident. She will appear in court on February 13 2013.

Arrest: A 37 year old female was arrested this afternoon and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that female assaulted her 3 year old daughter by shaking her.

Arrest: On December 17, 2012 the accused Sandra Scott, age 27 of 363 Pim Street, failed to re-attend court.

On Saturday, January 5,2012 Andre Joseph Cormier 23 years old of 317 North Street was arrested by Sault Ste. Marie Police officers when it was discovered there was a warrant for his arrest by another police service.
