Break In A west end residence was broken into sometime between midnite and 5:30 am on the 11th of December. The owner returned home to find their side door forced open. The only thing taken was a small quantity of pills.

Internet communication with an underage female leads to charges A 29 year old male was arrested by officers from the Technical Crime Unit on the 10th of December and charged with 4 separate offences dealing with internet specific crimes.

On the 8Dec12 at approximately 0525 hours a robbery was reported on Boston Avenue. Information provided at that time was that a Yellow Cab driver had been robbed by his customers on Boston Avenue.

Arrests : On December 6th at 5:24pm officers from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested Gordon Leonard, age 46 of 770 Bonney Street, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Leonard had his parole revoked for pre-existing charges.

On the 6 December 2012 Ontario Provincial Police arrested Sheri Nolan (age 41) of 189 Whitebirch Dr. Garden River, for outstanding warrants for theft under $5,000.00, fail to appear for identification and fail to appear in court.
