Arrests:
A 34 year old male will appear in bail court this morning after turning himself into the police last evening. It is alleged that on the 9th of January 2013 the male assaulted his girlfriend by striking her in the face and throwing her to the ground. It is further alleged the male broke the victim’s cell phone. The victim received minor injuries but did not require medical attention. The male has been charged with one count of assault and one count of mischief under $5,000.

There were no property crimes or break and enters reported in the last 12 hours.
