POLICE WATCH FOR CAR Yesterday evening a vehicle filled up with $32 worth of gas at the Agawa Indian Crafts location, 70 kms north of Sault Ste. Marie. Sault O.P.P. officers were notified when the vehicle left without paying.

WOMAN DIES OF INJURIES Yesterday at 12:40pm, a fatal accident occurred on Highway 17 about 3km north of the Chippewa River. Dead is Alice Champoux, age 47, of Sault Ste. Marie. She died in hospital at 9pm last night as a result of her injuries.

The O.P.P. had a fairly quiet night in the Sault area. There was one accident with injuries in the Hornpayne area. Two people were taken to hospital with head injuries and a broken leg. Police are investigating.

MASSEY ACCIDENT DETAILS Yesterday at approximately 3:47 PM, the Ontario Provincial Police were notified of a single vehicle collision west of Massey, Ontario. Officers arrived on scene with the Sables-Spanish Fire Department and ambulance.
