The Searchmont Ski Runners came through with some more golden performances in a race in Sudbury. In the Dual Slalom event on Friday, K2 racer Meaghan Horbatuk won the gold medal for the girls and Iain Hutchison came in fourth place for the boys.

Soo Sports won five straight games at the Valley East Atom Division Tournament in Sudbury on the weekend. In the finals, Soo Sports played Gore Bay and beat them 4-2 to win the gold.
