BREACH OF UNDERTAKING On the 15th of August 2003, the accused a 13-year-old youth punched two holes in the hallway wall of a home he was residing at. The young person also damaged a wall behind a bedroom door by slamming the door against the wall.

YOUNGSTER ARRESTED FOR THREATENING Yesterday at approximately 9:00 p.m., police officers were called to a residence in the Northern Avenue, North Street area and arrested a 14-yr-old.

MAN REMOVED FROM RESIDENCE Yesterday at approximately 7:00 p.m., city police received a request to remove a person from a residence. Upon arrival at the Pine Street address, Bernard Agawa, age 50 of 64 August Street, was located and removed.

ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT WOMAN AND CHILD Yesterday at approximately 10:20 am, the accused, a 23-year-old male from Sault Ste. Marie, was at the residence of his girlfriend, an adult female, and their 2 pre-school aged children.

MISSING PERSON City Police are asking your help in locating a missing person. Eva Maria Hugyetz, age 29 of Niagara Falls, was reported missing from a downtown Sault residence last Tuesday, August 26.

UNEVENTFUL HOLIDAY WEEKEND Both City Police and the O.P.P. have had an uneventful twenty-four hours as everyone enjoys the holiday weekend. The City Police Service has one person in the cells who was picked up for being intoxicated in a public place.

The Sault Police Service conducted a RIDE program yesterday. Mothers Against Drunk Driving sponsored the checkpoint as part of their weeklong campaign to combat impaired driving. 500 vehicles were checked.

The City Police Service had a very quiet twenty-four hour period. Two persons have been charged with liquor related offences. There is nothing to report.

CHARGED WITH THEFT FROM BURGER KING Yesterday 8:15 am, detectives completed an internal theft investigation that was begun in early July.
