BREACH OF UNDERTAKING On the 15th of August 2003, the accused a 13-year-old youth punched two holes in the hallway wall of a home he was residing at. The young person also damaged a wall behind a bedroom door by slamming the door against the wall.

On the 15th of August 2003, the accused a 13-year-old youth punched two holes in the hallway wall of a home he was residing at. The young person also damaged a wall behind a bedroom door by slamming the door against the wall. The accused also broke a kitchen chair and broke a small bookcase. At the time of these incidents the youth was on a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
On the 8th day of September, the accused was located by authorities and found to be further in breach of his undertaking by living at a residence he was not allowed to be at. On September 8th at 1:25 pm the youth was arrested and charged with Mischief, Breach of Probation and Failing to Comply with an Undertaking. He will appear in bail court today.

SHOPLIFTERS AT WAL-MART
On the 8th of September 2003 at shortly after 10:00 am, police officers attended at Wal-Mart for two adult shoplifters. Both parties had attempted to leave the store without paying for merchandise when they were approached by store security and taken into custody. The co-accused identified themselves to police as Mary Jane Wabigwan, age 41 and Christina Wabigwan, age 22. A further police investigation revealed that the females were had misinformed the officers and their real identity was Roxanne Bisaillon, age 41 and Christina Wesley, age 22 of RR 2 Maple Ridge, Thessalon. A police records check revealed that Wesley was breaching her probation order by not being good and failing to notify police of a change of address. Both accused were charged with theft under $5,000.00 and obstructing police. Wesley was also charged with breach of probation and breach of undertaking. She will appear in bail court today. Bisaillon will appear in court on Oct 27th.

YOUTH ASSAULT
On the 8th of September 2003 between the hours of 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm, the accused a 17-year-old youth assaulted another young person by kicking and punching the victim. The incident occurred while both were at a residence in the city’s east end. No serious injuries were reported. At 4:10 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged the youth person with assault. The youth will appear in court in early October.

SEVERAL BREAK INS
The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service investigated several break ins yesterday. At shortly after 7:00 am Patrol Officers were called to H. E. Brown at 245 Wilson Street for a break in, where nothing appeared missing. While investigating this incident, Patrol Officers were advised that sometime overnight thieves had stolen a utility type trailer and two canoes from Prism Metal Fusion and Marine at 235 Bruce Street.

At 11:05 am Police were advised of a break in to a shed at the United Baptist Church located on Malabar Dr. where thieves had made off with a riding lawnmower and other yard maintenance items.

At 8:20 am a homeowner on Peach Drive advised police that thieves entered his garage and removed a bicycle and roller blades. And shortly after 4:00 pm a neighbor on Peach Drive reported a similair incident where sometime overnight thieves entered his garage and stole several items including a Dewalt Drill and cutoff saw, along with a surround sound monitor.

At 6:20 pm a resident of Gladstone Drive advised police that their residence was entered sometime between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm and a DVD player had been stolen. And at approximately 10:30 pm thieves broke into Glidden Paints at 677 MacDonald Ave. but did not remove anything.
