DOMESTIC DISPUTE IN WEST END A 31-year old male will appear in bail court this morning after police attended at a residence in the west end for a domestic dispute.

BREAK & ENTER STOPPED 23-year old Paul William Edwards of 150 Upton Road will appear in bail court this morning after being arrested by City Police.

The City Police Service has had a routine holiday so far. Sergeant Joe Trudeau said one woman was arrested yesterday for an offence that allegedly occurred on July 31.

City police report a fairly quiet twenty-four hour period. One young person was arrested for breach of an undertaking. He was to be in his home from 7pm to 7am but police found his on the street at 12.25 this morning.

The City Police Service had an extremely busy night answering calls that are described as routine. Nothing major has occurred in the past 24 hours according to police.

ARRESTED ON FRAUD CHARGES 23-year-old Jamie Tubman of 4 Pinewood Walk, Marathon, was arrested yesterday morning on a number of fraud-related charges.

VIOLENT DOMESTIC DISPUTE A 19-year old male will appear in bail court this morning on a number of domestic violence charges from an incident in a downtown residence in June.

THREATENED DEATH A 31-year old male was arrested shortly after midnight this morning after he contacted his ex-girlfriend by telephone and threatened to kill her.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE A 34-year-old male will appear in bail court on domestic violence-related matters.

MALE & FEMALE ASSAULTED City Police were called to the downtown area on the Saturday evening regarding a domestic dispute. Officers received information that a male was grabbing and choking a female.
