The City Police Service has had a routine holiday so far. Sergeant Joe Trudeau said one woman was arrested yesterday for an offence that allegedly occurred on July 31.

The City Police Service has had a routine holiday so far.

Sergeant Joe Trudeau said one woman was arrested yesterday for an offence that allegedly occurred on July 31. In that incident it is alleged that she struck an adult male with a chair and stabbed him in the leg with a kitchen knife.

Yesterday police received a call about the same woman who allegedly struck the victim with a frying pan. She was arrested and will appear in bail court tomorrow.
