Sault Ste. Marie offers condolences to Elliot Lake community

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON - The thoughts and prayers of Mayor Debbie Amaroso, members of City Council, City staff, and Sault Ste. Marie citizens are with family and friends of Elliot Lake residents affected by the recent tragedy in their community.

The City of Sault Ste. Marie has offered assistance and resources to the City of Elliot Lake during this difficult time of crisis.

Local residents interested in making a donation to assist those suffering from this catastrophe can do so through the United Way of Sault Ste. Marie – Community Assistance Trust Program.

Donations to the Community Assistance Trust Program can be made by cash, cheque or credit card at the United Way Sault Ste. Marie office, or by phone or email.
