Sadly, I don’t think this is the right time for further waterfront development. Our property taxes are increasing, food prices continue to rise, families are struggling to pay bills and eat. Obviously, the town council is oblivious to this or someone would have honoured Mr. Kinach with a second to freeze councils wages for a year.
