City Police had a very quiet night last night with only two very minor traffic accidents that resulted in no injuries and little property damage.

CITY POLICE CHASE On Saturday at 1:03 a.m., police were arriving at a disturbance in the lane behind the Bruce Street beer store. As police arrived a vehicle left. Police attempted to stop it but the driver would not pull over.

City police responded to two incidents of breah of peace last night. Other than that it was been a very quiet twenty-fours hours and there is nothing to report.

STOLEN VEHICLE City police report a vehicle stolen last night from the 1000 block of People's Road. The 1993 Plymouth van was located in a ditch on Brookfield Avenue at St. Francis School at about 5:00a.m.today.

ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON Last night, City Police arrested a 29-year-old male and charged him with assault with a weapon. It is alleged that Patrick Lalonde pulled a knife on the doorman at the Eastgate Hotel when he was refused entry.
