A dog isn't deemed dangerous with such tight restrictions if there were not numerous serious incidents that resulted in people or dogs being seriously injured. I am all for the restrictions! Keep your dangerous reactive dogs muzzled and on the leash for the safety of everyone else and their beloved pets.

Have you thought about staffing costs, pool maintenance and upkeep, heat and cooling, parking lot renovations and upkeep, constant repair and turnover of expensive machinery, huge maintenance and repair costs to an old building that is in constant need of huge repairs?
