this is stupid....someone is gonna die and its totally unnecessary, maybe we should bring back the spring bear hunt we used to do ten or so years ago??? I mean it worked, and apparently this current way of doing thing is not!! the population is growing every year and I live in an area where bears are plenty and I really don't want to have to kill one if my dog or a child gets hurt playing outside, IN MY OWN YARD!!.....MNR AND COUNCIL NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! my poor kids are afraid to play outside, and that's not gonna sit well with me!!
