I think the "extra" money the city has laying around, would be better spent on cleaning up the thousands of places with spray painted graffiti everywhere we look! It's embarrassing for the city. We look like a slum. And maybe do something about the people living in every gulley with tents?

I can’t believe that out of town companies can buy up all these houses, when there are people that are living on the streets, and they don’t even have to pay for them! They just hold them so nobody else can buy and rent them! Ridiculous!
