With great sadness, suddenly passed away on February 20, 2005 at the age of 48. Loving husband of Kim Johnson (Mackey) and devoted father to sons Fraser Douglas, Curtis Arthur and Cameron Graeme. Beloved son of Deltra Johnson and the late Dr. Douglas Johnson and son-in-law of Dr. Arthur Mackey and the late Shirley Mackey (Brophy). Beloved brother of Deltra Willis (Johnson) and Sharon-Gay Doroszkiewicz (Johnson). He was a brilliant Anaesthesiologist, a wonderful husband and lifelong friend, and an extraordinary father.
