We have lost a wonderful husband, father, papa, relative and friend on July 26, 2013 at the age of 73 years. Beloved husband of Patricia for 52 years. Dear father of Janet Daniel (Craig) and Craig Hunter (Michelle). Cherished and adored papa of Alexandra and Justin Daniel. Dear son of Murdoch Louis and Annie Nellie Hunter. Dear brother of the late Al (Kay), the late Jack (Iris), Ed (Joyce), Betty Lou (Mansfield), Marilyn (Gurney) and the late Dean (Carol). Dear brother-in-law of Barbara (Mitch) and Phyllis (late Warren). Darryl will be fondly remembered by his loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Darryl’s passions in life included family and the great outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and reporting wildlife sightings. His relationships were based on love and meaningful friendships that impacted us all.
At Darryl’s request, there will be no funeral service. Instead of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
