Hub Trail to be named after late mayor
City Council has decided to rename the Hub Trail as the John Rowswell Hub Trail and to name the redeveloped former AB McLean & Sons Ltd. site just east of the Civic Centre as John Rowswell Park. Rowswell succumbed to cancer in August 2010.
