CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASE

**************************** Update to wanted person Paul Jeffery Whalen

Today City Police received information that Paul Jeffery Whalen, who is wanted on a number of weapon related charges from an incident on July 7th, was in a residence in the 100 block of St. Andrews Terrace.

As a result members of the Emergency Service Unit set up containment of the address.

Two persons exited the address on their own, neither of which was the wanted individual.

Shortly after 1 p.m. members of the Emergency Services Unit entered the address with a warrant in an attempt to locate and arrest Mr. Whalen.

The residence was thoroughly searched and officers were unsuccessful in locating Mr. Whalen.
