This year is the first year that I am away from my home in the Soo for the holidays and I miss my family terribly!

Christmas was just not the same here in Montreal without my family, even though I was lucky to spend it with my loving and long-term boyfriend Charles.

I am happy to say that after graduating last year from the University of Western Ontario with my Bachelor of Social Work, this year I have graduated from McGill University with my Master of Social Work.

I want to send all my love to my family - to my dad Michel, my mom Gloria and my little sister Gabrielle; and to all my friends in the Soo.

I wish everyone in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario and those who are away from the Soo for the holidays, like I am, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
