June 21st 1984
June 21st of 1984 was the first day of summer or the longest day of the year and June 21st will always be the longest day of the year for us. A father's day never passes without thinking of that horrible day when you were taken from us far too early. To this day I can still say you were my greatest mentor in life. Miss you and wonder where 37 years have gone.
