Passed away peacefully in Elliot Lake with family by her side on May 7, 2024 at the age of 95. She was reunited with her husband Edmund Alamenciak (predeceased) on what would have been their 75th wedding anniversary. Loving mother of Edward (late Debbie) and Henry (Diane). Dear grandmother “Babcia” of Timothy (Emily), Kahla (Ashley), Marisa (Josh), Stephanie (Josh) and Austin. Great grandmother to Rayden, Taylor, Oliver, Hailey and Bodhi. She is also survived by family in Poland.
Visitation will be held at the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Ave) on Monday May 13, 2024 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The funeral mass will held at St. Bernadette’s Parish on Tuesday May 14, 2024 at 11 a.m., with the reception to follow. Father Patrick Okenyi officiating. Private internment to take place at a later date in Woodlands Cemetery, Elliot Lake.
