A Beginner-Friendly Course
Participants will receive a Journal, a First Degree Reiki Manual and a First Degree Reiki Certificate upon course completion. Course Fee: $450.00 including HST

First Degree Reiki is a beginner-friendly certification course that provides you with the basics of energy healing with a focus on self-care and caring for others. Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful healing modality, and may be used to bring healing to yourself, to others, to animals and even to plants.The course also includes an introduction to the seven chakras, instruction on the history of Reiki, the Reiki hand positions, the concepts of Reiki, the Reiki precepts, Reiki hands-on energy healing techniques, the philosophy of energy healing, and the science of interpreting energetic information.

In The First DegreeReiki Course.....
- Participants will learn what Reiki is, including the history of Reiki
- Participants will learn how energy is stored in and around the body
- Participants will learn about energy healing and energy healing with Reiki
- Participants will learn the main concepts and principles of Reiki
- Participants will learn about and receive the First Degree Reiki attunement
- Participants will learn about the seven main chakras
- Participants will learn hands-on Reiki energy techniques to balance their own energies
- Participants will learn hands-on Reiki energy techniques to balance other people's energies
- Participants will learn about energetic protection
- Participants will experience giving and receiving energy healing
- Participants will learn about the idea that "thoughts are energy"
- Participants will also learn many additional ways balance their own energy
