This course is both for those beginning their exploration of energy work, as well as for experienced energy workers who would like to add other techniques to their practice, and who would like to have a working understanding of muscle testing and the 14 meridians.

The Meridian System is one of the main energy systems in the body. The meridians transport energy throughout the body. Learning how to muscle test the health of a meridian, and then aid that meridian in coming back into balance can be a valuable tool when working with clients and to increase the health and well-being of your family and friends.

Muscle Testing is another AMAZING tool to add to your toolbox! Our bodies inherently know whether something is beneficial for us or not. Learning how to muscle test yourself and others is a great way to get in touch on a deeper level. Muscle Testing can aid in decision making, and it is a great way to gain more self-empowerment! It is also fun, interesting, and a very practical tool that you can begin to use right away!

In this SIX-NIGHT Course, you will learn:

how to muscle test yourself

how to muscle test others

the many ways that muscle testing has been traditionally used, plus other ways to use muscle testing

information about the meridian system

information about each of the 14 meridians

the flow of each of the 14 meridians

how to flush and trace meridians

how to use muscle testing to assess the health of the meridians

hand-outs of each of the 14 meridians with meridian lines and charts, and with key acupressure points displayed
