Mind and Body Coordination Group

We are looking to form a group to learn mind and body coordination principles, for wellness and spiritual training. Basically, it involves learning to breathe deeply, relax our body, keep a natural and stable posture, and extend energy positively. It is a Japanese form of yoga involving stretching, rolling on the mat, and ki/chi testing. We will learn to be supple and relaxed.

It is suitable and helpful for people of all ages (young children and up). It involves learning to form a positive mind, an attitude of non-dissension and harmony with all beings.

The instructor is a student of Shin Budo Kai and has practiced this art since 2004.
