MPP Ross Romano congratulates this year's high school grads and commends them on their perseverance throughout this past year

Sault Ste. Marie MPP Ross Romano has sent out a message to congratulate this year's high school graduates.

Noting that this has been a very challenging year, Romano extended thanks to teachers and staff who have guided students through these uncertain times, and to parents who have adjusted their day-to-day life to assist their children in successfully completing their learning.

"Thank you to our students," Romano said in a statement issued to media. "Thank you for working so hard to get through this period. I know you have had to change how you learn. I know you have been forced out of your schools and away from your friends, and that’s been an incredible challenge. You have overcome, you have triumphed and you are going to be stronger as a result."
