Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are requesting your assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an incident of theft.

On February 14, 2019 an unknown male entered Station Mall located at 293 Bay Street. The unknown male walked by the food court and observed an unattended backpack and proceeded to sit at the table where he waited several minutes before taking the backpack.

The suspect was wearing a black hat, black jacket, bright green shirt, black pants, and was carrying a black duffel bag.

If you can identify this person and your tip leads to an arrest you may be eligible for a cash reward.
