Our latest Random Act of Kindness surprise delivers a special thanks to two community members who have been working hard to spread positivity and offer a helping hand during recent challenging times.
Brittany organized a Facebook group dedicated to helping our community during the pandemic. Through the group, community members have gathered masks, organized food donations and connected with those in need of assistance to help give them a hand up.
Monica has been going above and beyond in recent months to help family and neighbours with grocery and meal deliveries while also taking care of, and checking in on, friends and loved ones. Friends say Monica leaves a mark with everyone she meets and her generosity and caring nature are inspiring to those around her.
A huge thank you to Just Junk Sault Ste. Marie who sponsored this Random Act of Kindness and bought gift certificates to local businesses to help support local while also acknowledging special community members.
