VIDEO: Random Act of Kindness delivers tickets and tears to Suzanne

Suzanne is a hardworking, dedicated mother to an adorable little boy named Jules. 

Jules has had a complex medical journey in his short life, including a three-year process to find a diagnosis for his extremely rare genetic disorder.

After countless appointments, Jules was diagnosed with SEPT11, a rare genetic disorder that only one other person in the world is known to have. 

Despite any obstacles Suzanne or Jules face, she remains positive and optimistic while being a strong advocate for her son. 

For these reasons and many more, Suzanne is today's Random Acts of Kindness recipient.
