A kind deed sparked a series of pay-it-forward surprises on today's Random Acts of Kindness. SooToday's Jasmyn Rowley made a sweet delivery of gourmet cupcakes from Jeannette's Custom Cakes to shocked recipients from area businesses and non-profit organizations.
At each stop, Jasmyn requested that the recipient pick the next place for her to surprise, sparking an impromptu city-wide cupcake pay-it-forward campaign.
