On October 31 at approximately 2 p.m., a man attempted fraud at Canadian Tire by trying to return an item he never paid for.

The suspect was wearing a beige jacket with black piping, and a black stripe down the back, as well as a grey DC ball cap with the logo off-center to one side.

He is approximately 6'0" tall, weighing around 170-180lbs, with reddish-blonde hair.

He also has tattoos on both sides of his neck.

The unidentified male distracted Canadian Tire employees and proceeded to customer service, attempting to return product an employee had just retrieved for him.

Unable to provide a receipt, he left the store unsuccessful in his fraud attempt. 

This man is not wanted on any charges, however, Crime Stoppers would like to advise all business owners to be vigilant.
