An extensive renovation creates a fresh look for old building

The building at 475 Trunk Road has had a storied existence in the Sault, serving as a number of notable destinations before recently being renovated into commercial business space. Once a Wheelies roller rink, then retail stores, the building was most recently home to Liquidation World.

When that tenant left, Sar-Gin Developments decided it was time to give the building a serious face lift, and invested in extensive work to the building, including completely gutting the inside and customizing the space to fit the new tenants' specifications.

Now home to the Canadian Red Cross, ToolTown and Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd., the updated structure has brought new life to business in the east end.
