Thieves had only 35 minutes to pull off this break-in

On January 25, 2017 the owner left their residence in the 1000 block of Fifth Line East at 9:45 am, returning 35 minutes later at 10:20 am. Upon return the owner observed the garage door had been pried open leading to the inside of the residence.

Suspects had entered the owner’s bedroom and stole two light brown wooden jewelry boxes that had three drawers on the right hand side and a glass door with a flower on them. Both boxes were full of various types of jewelry. A People’s box was also stolen that had more jewelry contained in it.

Several bracelets, earrings, and necklaces like the one shown here were stolen for a total value of approximately $5,000 dollars. A unique 1976 Montreal Olympic XX1 $5 silver coin in a case was also stolen.
