PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

    •    Managed 5 group homes in government licensing and operations as project coordinator. Further, supervised, hired and if needed fired student placements and employees through various Toronto Colleges.
    •    Held the position of Chair of the Staff Training and Retention Sub-Committee for the Ministry of Community and Social Services  developing policy and rolling out Toronto Wide(2-Years)
    •    Graduated Child and Youth Worker Program 1989 with experience with Young Offenders, Behavioral, Special Needs and Addictions
    •    International Tax Preparation (10+ years) both personal and corporate
    •    I also have experience as the Manager of Marks and Assistant Store Manager at both Home Depot and Lowe’s with experience in both roles of Operations Manager and Specialty Manager in Sault Ste. Marie.  Along with new store set-up with Lowe’s.
    •    I have managed Invitational and Regional Swim Competitions as a Meet Manager. Responsibilities included ensuring appropriate entries and time standards are met, ensuring adequate staffing of approximately 40 volunteer parents, food for volunteers and the running of 7 sessions of competition.
    •    I am a Level IV Referee with Swim Ontario.
