Flowers with Flair at 280 ½ Bruce Street is now hosting workshops for all ages that provide a great way to have fun with friends in a safe, welcoming environment.
From kid-friendly events that have little ones creating adorable googly-eyed planters, to adult workshops that share the art of planning the perfect succulent garden, everyone can find a way to dig in and design something truly beautiful at Flowers with Flair.
“We are starting to schedule more workshops for all ages,” explains Stephanie, Assistant Manager at Flowers with Flair.
“We think it's important for everyone to play with dirt and get their hands dirty while having fun! We have two upcoming workshops, July 10th is our Succulent garden workshop for adults tickets are $60 which includes everything you will need to build your creation and July 18th is our Terracotta Pals workshop for kids, tickets are $35, and come with everything needed, including a flowering plant!” Children must be accompanied by an adult while participating in workshops.
In order to welcome as many Soo neighbours as possible, both daytime and evening workshops are planned. “We want to make it easiest for everyone to be able to attend,” says Stephanie, who encourages customers to share their ideas and experiences. “We gladly take any feedback, whether it be ideas for workshops or feedback regarding times or days.”

Flowers with Flair is a business with deep roots in the community. Current owner Suzanne enjoyed gardening with her grandmother as a young child, and purchased the business from her cousins in 1996.
