What we do:

Just Junk is a fast and easy junk removal service that will remove everything for you—including the kitchen sink! They offer same or next-day removal appointments and removal on the spot.

All jobs have upfront and inclusive pricing. This includes the pickup and drop-off to the dump, recycle depot or nearest local charity.

Owner of Just Junk, Sault Ste Marie, Jason Biggar, said he and his team are here to help you with all your junk removal needs.

“We are a full-service junk removal company. So we'll come into your home or workplace and do the work for you. You don't have to do anything. We remove it, take it away, donate it, recycle it, whatever it is. Our job is to make your job easy.”

Biggar and his team work all year long, If there is junk in your backyard over winter, they will grab some shovels and dig it out for you.

“We're not afraid of dirty work. We're not afraid to clean it.”

They’ll remove pianos, concrete, patio furniture, hot tubs, and small construction demos like fences and decks.

And they do a lot of full house and estate clearouts—no matter the condition.

“I know it's hard for families because they feel like they have to go through everything. But I ask them just to book an appointment and have us walk through the house with them before we do anything. We can do so many things to make the process easier and less stressful for the family.”

Quotes and pricing

Every job starts with a free on-site estimate.

“If the job ends up being more than the estimate. I don't charge you anymore. If it ends up being less than the estimate once it's all in the truck, we charge you less. It's that simple.”

He said sometimes he’ll get a customer who hesitates after hearing the quote. But, by the end of the process, they usually say something like, “oh my gosh, that was so much better and faster and easier than I thought it was gonna be.”

The alternatives are bugging your uncle, cousin, or friend who has a truck that will do it cheaper, but they’ll often end up calling Just Junk anyways once it doesn’t work out.

Or, you can get a bin dropped off in your yard for about $100 to $150 cheaper—but you're hauling everything out of your home yourself.

“The bin is dropped off in your yard and is picked up two days, three days or a week later, however long it takes you to fill it up.”

“And our rates include the fees, the dump fees, the labour, everything's included, so there are no hidden costs.”
