The Arts Center at Lake Superior State University (The Arts Center) is back with an exhilarating lineup for the Fall 2023 season. The Arts Center is thrilled to unveil the season’s exciting events and opportunities that promises a thrilling mix of talent, entertainment and community engagement.

October: A Month of Music and Movie Magic
October is full of excitement with a delightful mix of live music and movie nights.
- Oct. 18 - LSSU's Got Talent
- Oct. 20 – Movie Night: Oppenheimer – *postponed to Nov. 30*
- Oct. 27 – Movie Night: The Nightmare Before Christmas at 7 p.m.
November: An Artistic Extravaganza
November takes center stage with an unmissable production.
- Nov. 7 – 10 - LSSU Theatre Program's The Complete Works of Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again] at 7 p.m.
- Nov. 16 - Battle of the Bands at 7 p.m.
- Nov. 30 – Movie Night: Oppenheimer at 7 p.m.
December: 'Tis the Season to Be Merry
December brings the holiday spirit to the Arts Center. Meet talented artisans and perhaps even catch a glimpse of Santa himself!
- Dec. 2 - Holiday Arts & Craft Show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Dec. 3 - Holiday Arts & Craft Show with guest appearances by Santa from 9 a.m to 12 p.m.
- Dec. 6 - LSSU's Got Talent at 7 p.m.
- Dec. 7 - Celtic Christmas featuring The Founding with guest appearance at 7 p.m.
- Dec. 15 – Movie Night: The Polar Express with guest appearance at 7 p.m.

Arts Center Business Manager Shelbey Smith says, “The Fall 2023 season brings exciting changes to the Arts Center. We are thrilled to announce the return of movie showings, so you can enjoy cinematic experiences with your friends and family. And with the introduction of cash concessions, your visit will be even more enjoyable. We're also proud to present more community outreach and opportunities to get involved this fall.
