During June, the public is invited to join the Olive Craig Gallery in Alberta House Arts Center in Celebrating 350.  The gallery invited artists and craftsmen to submit artwork that reflects the past, present and future of the Eastern Upper Peninsula. The result is a large, multi-media exhibition from artists in both the EUP and the Algoma area that reflects the history, the traditions and the expansive beauty of this area – from the twin Saults to the Mackinac Bridge to the south and Whitefish point to the west.

Meet the artists at the show’s reception and awards ceremony in Alberta House on Saturday, June 9, from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibit will be in place through June 30. Alberta House is located at 217 Ferris Street, just south of the Soo Locks Visitors Center. Regular hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free of charge.
