CAR-MOOSE COLLISION—MOOSE WINS THIS ONE
Goulais River, Ont, Sault Ste Marie OPP investigated a crash between a moose and a small car yesterday and it appears that the moose sauntered away uninjured.
At about 6:00 p.m. last night a Goulais River woman was driving on Blue Water Bay Road when she struck the moose. According to the driver the moose didn’t appear to be injured and walked away from the crash into the bush. The car, a small compact, had extensive damage to the hood, windshield and rood. The car had to be towed from the scene. No one was injured in the crash.
