(Elliot Lake, Ont.) The East Algoma OPP – Elliot Lake is requesting your assistance in locating a stolen motorcycle. Sometime during the evening of April 29th and morning of the 30th, 2005 unknown person(s) stole a motorcycle that was chained to the front of the home. The padlock was broken and the motorcycle was taken.

The bike is in poor running condition, the gas tank is leaking, no key, un plated and no battery. The motorcycle is a 1983 Black Honda CM 250 Custom. No further information available.

Man Injured in Temiskaming OPP Detachment Cells

(New Liskeard, ON) Officers of the Ontario Provincial Police, Temiskaming Detachment arrested and charged a man for public intoxication Tuesday, May 3rd, 2005 at approximately 8:50 p.m. in Englehart, Ontario.

The man was subsequently transported and lodged in the OPP Temiskaming Detachment cells in New Liskeard.

At approximately 10:25 p.m. while in the detachment cells, the man fell and struck his head.

He was transported to Temiskaming District Hospital via ambulance and admitted with a head injury.

Danny WIDDIFIELD, 35 of Englehart remains in hospital this morning.

As the injury occurred to the man while he was in custody the Special Investigations Unit of the Ministry of the Attorney General has been notified and is investigating. Further inquiries should be directed to SIU Communications at 416-622-2342.
