Unwanted Patron Gets Free Room and Board ( Blind River, Ont.) A patron at a local bar was asked to leave premises when he became unruly and was acting in a threatening manner. When he refused to do so Police were called.

( Blind River, Ont.) A patron at a local bar was asked to leave premises when he became unruly and was acting in a threatening manner. When he refused to do so Police were called.
As the Police arrived they noticed the suspect outside the bar and when asked to stop and identify himself he fled on foot. After a brief chase he was taken into custody after struggling with Police.
Once in custody he continued to cause damage to his living quarters and had to be restrained further.

East Algoma O.P.P. have charged 21–year-old Chadd Everett of Woodward Ave. Blind River with Failing to leave premise when directed under the Trespass to Property Act, Intoxicated in Public, Resist Arrest assault Police and Mischief.

He is to appear in court in Blind River on 19 Aug.2004.
