HEYDEN BREAK AND ENTER

Heyden, Ont.,

As a Heyden man was sleeping between his night shifts, thieves were also busy working to steal his property.

Yesterday between 10:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m. thieves entered the garage and shed of a homeowner on Old Mill Road in Heyden. The man had just finished working night shift and was trying to get some much-needed rest. When he woke up he quickly discovered that his snow blower, ice auger, chain saw and numerous other tools had been stolen. These brazen thieves enter the homeowner’s garage and shed and took the equipment.

There are three days left in January to help this citizen of Heyden, and all our other communities, combat crime by calling Crime Stoppers. January is Crime Stoppers month and what great way to finish off Crime Stoppers month than to find all this missing property through a Crime Stoppers tips.
