Police investigated a 2-vehicle accident on Highway 556, the Ranger Lake Road, yesterday at 10:30 a.m. in Snow Township. John Dallaire of Dowling, Ontario, was charged with failing to share the roadway under the Highway Traffic Act.

Police investigated a 2-vehicle accident on Highway 556, the Ranger Lake Road, yesterday at 10:30 a.m. in Snow Township. John Dallaire of Dowling, Ontario, was charged with failing to share the roadway under the Highway Traffic Act.

Dallaire was coming around a bend driving a 2001 Kenworth Tractor Trailer when he crossed into the opposite lane and struck an oncoming 2002 Dodge pick-up truck.

There were no injuries in the accident but the pick-up received extensive damage.
