(Elliot Lake, Ont.) - The East Algoma OPP is presently investigating several counterfeit $20 bills being passed in the Elliot Lake area.

(Elliot Lake, Ont.) - The East Algoma OPP is presently investigating several counterfeit $20 bills being passed in the Elliot Lake area.

On December 6th, 2004 eight counterfeit $20 bills bearing the following serial numbers were turned over to police.

Investigation continuing.
