Break In At AJ Buslines

Some unscrupulous soul tried very hard to break into AJ Bus Lines’ facilities in Echo Bay, over the weekend. Alas the reputation of criminals has been tarnished by yet another inept performance. The culprit or culprits arrived on the scene intent on gaining entry through a rear window of the building. Efforts in this area failed but in the process someone managed to lacerate a portion of their anatomy. A school bus was entered and a first aid kit pilfered to obtain the necessary items to stem the loss of vital fluids. It does not appear that the wound was serious as no one was left at the scene.

What was left at the scene was a 1993 Pontiac Sunbird registered to a Sault Ste. Marie resident. Inside was left over bandages from the suspect’s efforts in first aid. All in all, it is not the sort of caper that these would-be thieves will be bragging about to their friends and relatives. Our investigation continues and capture may soon follow.
