GARDEN RIVER FIRST NATION - On Nov. 5, 2018 at approximately 4:25 p.m., members from the Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 17B, Garden River First Nation, Ont.
As a result of further investigation, Krista-Lee Bruzas, 32-years-old of Macdonald-Meredith Township was charged and arrested with the following:
- Care or control of a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Dec. 3, 2018 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.
