COLLISION RESULTS IN CHARGES
A Sault Ste Marie man faces three criminal charges after a collision at the Government Dock in Batchawana.

Yesterday at about 8:00 p.m. a pick up truck backed into second truck at the Government Dock in Batchawana. None was injured in the collision but the investigation indicated that the driver of the vehicle had been drinking. Officers arrested him and further investigation revealed he was operating his vehicle while his licence was suspended.

Sixty-one-year-old Duane Bjornaa, of Sault Ste Marie is charged with Impaired Driving, Driving over the legal limit and Driving While Prohibited.
